Lucier research selected for presentation at ACC.26

Lucier's research on endothelin-1-induced coronary arteriolar constriction was selected for presentation at the American College of Cardiology's ACC.26 Scientific Session.

Company announcement from Lucier Pharmaceuticals.

An abstract led by Dr. Guangrong Lu was selected for a moderated poster presentation during the American College of Cardiology's ACC.26 Scientific Session in New Orleans.

The abstract, “Identifying a novel signaling mechanism for endothelin-1-induced constriction of coronary arterioles guides drug development for the classification and therapy of coronary microvascular dysfunction,” was scheduled for the Pharmacology and Coronary Risk session on March 28, 2026. Co-author Dr. Robert J. Widmer was listed to join Dr. Lu in discussing the research with attendees.

The selection followed Dr. Lu's presentation of related work at the 2026 Critical Care Innovation Incubator in Chicago. That poster described how a newly characterized coronary arteriolar constriction mechanism may inform the classification of refractory chest pain associated with microvascular dysfunction and guide drug development.

Lucier's product candidates are investigational and in preclinical development. They have not been approved for patient use.
